Quinta do Lago Summer Calendar

Quinta do Lago offer over 500 events and activities throughout the summer months, We are already recognised as the pioneer setting the trend in resort services and events.

This year, the resort has launched an events calendar that takes another step up with a creative series of social and family events appealing to a wide demographic, which ranges from children, to the active couples, beach lovers or the gourmet enthusiasts.

For the first time in the Algarve, a new concept of Brunch will be introduced from June 19, bringing international DJ’s every Sunday to the stunning setting of the Bovino Steakhouse and Pool Bar where guests can enjoy the most luxurious Sunday Brunch in a party atmosphere. The international concept that has seen huge success in London, Paris, New York, Barcelona and Cape Town will only one of many new additions to the Quinta do Lago Summer schedule.

Gourmet lovers will also be able to enjoy Quinta do Lago’s lake and the Ria Formosa from above with a one-off “Dinner in the Sky” - the world’s most extravagant meal. The Quinta do Lago beach will also see a new weekly event, with the Koko Beach parties every Saturday extending the beach experience till 21h0 with DJ’s and cocktails to make the most of the Algarvian Sunset. 

Household events such as the Picnics in the Park have already become a ritual for many families who plan their Fridays to make sure they don’t miss out on the tasty picnic baskets, live music and children’s entertainment/activities in the relaxed atmosphere of the driving range. Held every week from July 01 to August 26, the Picnics in the Park will now take on a different theme each week, with exceptional surprises in store.

Highlights for younger audiences include kids’ entertainment at Koko Lane and Bovino Steakhouse, mini golf activities (including a special ‘night challenge’ on August 12), golf camps at the Paul McGinley Academy, as well as ‘Sunday Fun Golf’ for budding young golfers, sandcastle competitions every Thursday from July 21 to August 11 on Quinta do Lago beach, and Movies in the Park, with a giant 3D outdoor screen on our driving range, in a first-time event in Portugal.    

For adults, the menu has plenty of surprises too, including sunset parties at The Shack; live music every Tuesday at Casa do Lago, every Sunday at The Shack; Full Moon parties (July 21/August 18) at The Shack; Jazz every Thursday at Casa Velha; to name but a few.
